 Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction

  • For educators with an interest in becoming practitioner oriented scholars.
  • One of the few programs with an emphasis in Teacher Education and a cognate in Music Education.

 Master of Music Education

  • Music Education or Orff Schulwerk options.
  • Designed to provide opportunities to enhance and develop skills and knowledge in music education.

 Professional Development Courses through Distance Education

  • Beginning in Fall 2006, graduate professional development and degree program courses for individuals restricted by time and place.
  • MUS 752-219/290 Foundations and Principles of Music Education is schedculed for the Fall with more courses added each semester.

 Graduate Licensure in Education

  • Designed for individuals with a bachelor's degree in music interested in a track designed to achieve teacher licensure in music education.
